OUR CULINARY TEAM
Our kitchen is led by Nam Hyun, the head chef, who is born and raised in Seoul with decades of culinary experience in Korean cuisine. His kitchen experience started at a very young age, when he first discovered his passion for cooking and gained his knowledge on traditional food. He was based in Bangkok and Seoul previously and he is now ready to bring the creative flavours to Singapore.
